Subject: Accounts
Message: I have just created an account for my 13 year old son, who wants to be able to play his cousin, but even though his account is there he can't access it. When we set it up, we got a message saying a confirmation letter would be sent to his email with access details, and two hours later nothing has arrived. If he tries to log on he gets a message saying the account name and password don't match. So we go to password help and it says an email has been sent. Again nothing.
I have thought it might be because I am a non-paying member, but there seem to be plenty of other non-paying members with multiple accounts on one computer. Anyone have any clues?

Message: Have you looked in your spam-mails ?
Maybe your email-server thought the GK-mail was spam, and therefore removed it from your "safe" mails ?
